wheeeeeeeeeee

I am looking forward to spending the summer with Ella. We have had a few days of nice weather and today we went to the park behind our house. Ella got to ride in a swing for the first time and she thought it was so fun. It is so special that I can stay home with my baby and share all these firsts with her. I wish I knew how to post the video I took so you could really see how much fun she was having. These will have to do.

Welcome back! :) Ella is so cute!! :) I am anticipating a ton a vistors over the first few weeks of our baby's new life as well. I am really hoping this nesting thing kicks in soon b/c i have a lot of things i want to get done before company (namely mom and gma) come and start to "organize" for me :)

Hey Genn Family, Not sure if you remember me, but I remember Josh especially when he was here at Northland. Great memories of cookouts and at the A-Frame too. Just saying hey, and its really cool to see the pics of Ella too, she's beautiful. And sounds like Josh is a sweet dad! Laters, and have an awesome day.

Shyla,
Hey if people want to help - just let them. But I understand you want to get things done - It's just that you probably don't feel like even getting off the couch! I guess it's better to worry about getting it all done now than when that precious little one is demanding all your time - oh it's so fun!!!

Jo-g,
Josh says hi! We read your blog. Good to get caught up on your fam. Your dad looks mighty comfy chillaxin by the pool.
Good to hear from you.

Nana,
We can hardly wait till you come!!!! Ella learned how to wave today. We're practicing so she can say hi when you come and bye when we want you to leave :) (Josh told me to say that)
Love you,
Kelly

It looks like you're already having fun playing outside! Ella looks so cute in that swing.

The weather has really warmed up here in Lou (85 today,) and Luke wants to be outside ALL the time. Fine with me! I'm finding myself holding my breath a lot though, as he runs everywhere, falls often, and wants to do EVERYTHING himself. :-)

Oh Katie,
I'm going to have such a hard time when she starts running around everywhere. It's just built in us to want to protect them.
It will be so fun though when she wants to play outside all day. (But I'm sure I'll be as ready for nap time as she is)

Cool! I've been wondering when I can put Chloe in a swing. Wish we had a park so close by. We have one about 10 minutes away though. Love her double chin. :) Chloe is really close to waving now too. Isn't it a blast to see our babies doing new things?

Alicia,
It is SOOOO fun!! they are at a fun age. She's still working on the wave. Ella really wants to pull herself up also - it's so scary because she has no clue how to stand. She'll just fall on her face.
